Complete Genome Sequence of <i>Enterobacter roggenkampii</i> Strain KQ-01, Isolated from Bacterial Wilt-Resistant Mulberry Cultivar YS283

An Enterobacter roggenkampii strain, named KQ-01, was isolated for the first time from diseased roots of bacterial wilt-resistant mulberry (Morus atropurpurea) cultivar YS283 in western part Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China. E. KQ-01 characterized by a single, circular chromosome 4,667,006 bp size, with 56.16% GC content. In total, 4,396 genes were annotated, which 4,281 assigned as protein-coding genes. addition, 25 ribosomal RNA, 84 transfer and 6 noncoding RNA well 34 pseudogenes predicted. The resource herein presented will help to explore pathogenetic mechanisms wilt disease caused genus Enterobacter.

We report here the complete genome sequence of a metronidazole-resistant Helicobacter pylori strain (MET(r)). The MET(r) strain was obtained under exposure of H. pylori 26695 on agar plates with low metronidazole concentrations. The genome data provide insight into the genomic changes of H. pylori under selection by metronidazole in vitro.
